Dashboard New

  • An account wide Dashboard that gives you insight to how your Audits are performing and scoring. Details on the amount of pages scanned, how fast they are loading, and if they are failing any rules. Also, included is an aggregate OP Score.

Audit Reports

Technology Audit Reports

  • Audit Summary New 
    • A Dashboard showing all the subsequent Audit Reports. Features key insights on page performance and a summary of Tags found and their performance.
    • This also includes an updated take on the ObservePoint standard OP Score. We have revised the categories included and their weight towards the score.
      • Tag Presence - 30 points possible based on the consistency of tags being present across the audit.
      • Rules - 30 Points possible and based on the pass/fail rate of applied user rules.
      • Tag Performance - 20 points possible, any tag loading over 400ms will deduct from the score.
      • Page Performance - 10 Points possible, with 3 seconds being the benchmark.
      • Cookie Security - 10 points possible, cookies without same-site, or non-secure cookies will deduct from this score
  • Rule Summary (User-defined Rules) Updated (Audit Level)
    • This is an updated rules report, that highlights all the aspects of where, what, and why a rule Passed, Failed or wasn’t applied. Features new drill downs into specific aspects of the rule detail, and associated tag and page detail to tell the story.
  • Pages with Tags (Tag Presence) Updated (Account and Audit Level)
    • Completely revamped from top to bottom. Tag Categories have been introduced, the presence of tags, the count of tag accounts, pages and percentages where they are found are highlighted as well. A new insight is the count of tags per page and the percentage of tags found on each page as well. This report has several drill downs that really give you the ability to explore what a tag is loading, and how a tag is performing.
  • Pages without Tags (Missing Tags) Updated (Audit Level)
    • Much like the Pages with Tags report, you now get more data of why a tag was not found on certain pages, and if there are problem pages that were scanned.
  • Tag Versions  Updated (Account and Audit Level)
    • Deeper insight is now found for what version of code is being used across tag technologies, including the number of unique versions and what the implementation rate is across pages scanned for each tag and version.
  • Tag Load Time  Updated (Account and Audit Level)
    • This report highlights tags that are loading at an acceptable level, and which tags to take a deeper look at via the report drill downs. You can now even see how that tag has loaded over time.
  • Tag Load Over Time  New (Audit Level)
    • This report highlights how tags are loading across all runs in an audit. This will give you an idea if a tag is consistently an issue or just an anomaly.
  • Tag Status Codes Updated (Account and Audit Level)
    • Your tag may have loaded, but did that data make it back to the collection servers? In this report you can pinpoint broken requests if tags got redirected. You also have some quick drill downs to tell even more insights about a specific tag and page combination. 
  • Duplicates & Multiples  Updated (Account and Audit Level)
    • Tags that fire duplicate requests and multiple requests have now been combined into one report. You can quickly see tags that made the most request and across how many pages.
  • Variable Inventory  Updated (Audit Level)
    • This report really highlights how complex tagging is, yet makes it simple to digest what Variables and Values are included in each Tag and what pages they are loading on. The new ability to drill down and derive where issues may lie is a gamechanger.
  • Page Inventory & Detail  Updated (Audit Level)
    • This report now combines what pages were scanned, their HTTP status code and what their load time was. Making it easy to digest all page level information in one view.
  • Cookie Inventory New (Account and Audit Level)
    • This report will give you an inventory of which cookies are set across your site audit, their attributes like 1st or 3rd party, secure or non-secure, etc. 
  • Console Logs Updated (Audit Level)
    • New insights into how common unique console messages are found and where they can be found.
  • Audit Exports Updated & New (Audit Level)
    • The same exports you have access too are now available in the new Audit Exports menu item. This area features all exports from our legacy reporting and some new ones (cookies, request logs). Note: all updated reports above feature new export capabilities and exports.
