Touchpoints User Permissions

Overview

Different user types have different abilities to create, update, delete, important, and export different data objects in an account. Below is a breakdown of the key differentiating permissions given to Admin and Standard users respectively.

Admin Users

These users have access to:

  • Attributes
    • The ability to create, update, delete, and export Attributes.
  • Touchpoints
    • The ability to create, update, delete, import, and export Touchpoints.
  • Templates
    • The ability to create, update, and delete Templates.
  • Views
    • The ability to create, update and delete Views.
  • Organization
    • The ability to create, promote (to admins), and delete users.
    • Ability to update Organization Name, Logo, Website, and Location

Standard Users

These users have access to:

  • Attributes
    • The ability to read and export Attributes.
  • Touchpoints
    • The ability to create, update, delete, import, and export Touchpoints.
  • Templates
    • The ability to create, update, and delete Templates.
  • Views
    • The ability to create, update and delete Views.
  • Organization
    • The ability to create new Standard users.
    • Ability to update Organization Name, Logo, Website, and Location
