The Journeys Report provides a centralized view of all Journeys configured in the account, offering critical insights into configuration, performance, and reliability at scale. Every row in this report is one completed journey run.

Features:

  • Configurations and Status: Displays the latest status of each Journey, along with detailed configuration settings.

  • Failure Diagnostics: When a Journey fails, the report shows whether the issue was caused by an action or a rule, includes the expected result, and explains the failure reason.

This guide outlines key jobs that can be accomplished using the Journeys report. Many more workflows are possible—these represent common use cases supported by flexible filtering, grouping, and saved views.
