Concurrent Journeys refer to the simultaneous execution of multiple journey runs within the platform. You can run concurrent different Journeys or the same Journey. To simultaneously run the same Journey multiple times, there are some details you need to beware of when considering this.

If you need to simultaneously run different Journeys, schedule them to start at the same time and date. If you need to simultaneously run the same Journey multiple times, duplicate it as many times as you need and run them. You can find this option as seen in the picture below. You can duplicate it as many times as you need and because they are scheduled at the same time, they will run simultaneously.

However, you need to take into consideration the number of concurrent Journeys your account allows. You can know your Journey concurrency limit by reaching out to your Success Manager or our support team.

Be sure to allowlist the ObservePoint servers to prevent traffic from being blocked. Also, be sure to exclude ObservePoint IP addresses from your analytics reporting.

If running the same concurrent Journeys is something you need for your organization, then duplicating them and scheduling to run at the same time is the solution you are looking for. Be aware of the number of concurrent Journeys your account has set and allowlist ObservePoint servers to avoid blocked traffic.
