Overview
You can integrate your ObservePoint notifications with Microsoft Teams by sending an email to a channel MS Teams.
Please refer to this Microsoft Teams help document that will help you through the email creation process. Once that email is created, simply paste it into the notification fields for all desired Audits, Journeys, Rules, and Alerts.
Note: Sending an email to a channel is a feature needs to be enabled by your MS Teams Administrator. Please contact your them for further help if you are experiencing issues.
Subscribing to ObservePoint notifications
You can subscribe a Microsoft Teams Channel emailed address within multiple configuration settings, but the best place to manage them all and quickly implement this new email address is in our Notification Center.
