Quick and Easy
You can easily view each email address and its subscribed Audits, Tags & Variables, and Journeys. You can also sort each item in ascending or descending order by clicking on the top of each item list. You can also add new email addresses to any of these items by clicking the Assign Email Address To Items button in the top right-hand corner of the Notification Center page.
Clicking on the bulleted list icon on the right hand side of each email will give you these options.
Example Use Cases for each option:
Add additional email address: You can add additional email addresses for people who may be on the same team as you or who need to monitor the same items within ObservePoint.
Reassign to different email address: When there are changes in a team or organization, you can change it to another user.
Change Assigned Items: Items can have new owners, and you can quickly reassign items as changes happen.
Remove Email Address: When someone leaves your organization or company, you can remove an email address and reassign it to a new user that may have taken over that role.
You can reassign all items of an email and add up to 10 email addresses.
You can add up to 10 email addresses to items where an existing email address is already assigned.
You can permanently remove an email address from its assigned items. There is a failsafe in place that will require the user to check the box AND write remove in the form fill to completely remove an email from the Notification Center.
