Overview
ObservePoint offers easy-to-use, customizable scheduling options for both Audits and Journeys. You can also access a calendar view that provides a comprehensive overview of what is scheduled and when, giving you full visibility of your schedule.
Audit and Journey Scheduling
The scheduling options for Audits and Journeys are the same and include the following default frequencies:
Every 15 minutes
Hourly
Every 6 hours
Weekly
Monthly
Quarterly
Custom
Once you select a desired frequency, you can choose the start time and date. Additionally, you can configure the start time based on your preferred time zone.
Custom Schedules
Custom schedules give you the flexibility to set Audits and Journeys to run at specific intervals, ranging from as frequently as every minute to as infrequently as once a month. You can choose specific days of the week for runs and define how long each item will run.
Calendar View
Viewing Run History and Upcoming Runs
From the Data Sources screen, you can access a detailed view of when items have run, the duration of each run, and when items are scheduled to run in the future. You can can change the calendar view to monthly, weekly, or daily for easier review.
Key Features:
Skip, Pause, or Resume Runs: Manage individual runs with the option to skip, pause, or resume them as needed.
Quick Access to Setup: Easily link to the setup page for an Audit or Journey, allowing you to adjust the scheduling directly.
