The Support Portal is a resource to help you track your requests, see updates on the status, and request additional updates if needed, so that you don't need to meet with our team to see the latest status of your requests or follow up on them.
Support Tickets
From this menu, you can see support conversations that have converted to support tickets and track the status of those tickets here.
You can also see support tickets that others on your team have submitted, but you cannot access the full conversation related ticket submitted by other team members.
Journey Support
All customers having varying levels of access to Journey Support services. This service allows users to requests the creation of new Journeys and request that Journeys with action failures by fixed.
