Data Sources
This is where you can view all of your Audits, Journeys, LiveConnect Sessions, and Har File Uploads.
Standards
Standards is where Alerts, Tag & Variable Rules and Consent Categories are configured. All rules that you have previously created will be available in the new UI. Consent Categories are a part of the Privacy product offering and are explained here.

There's a new create button in your UI as well! This will allow you to create a wider range of ObservePoint data sources from one simple spot!
