In order to use LiveConnect, you will need to download, install, and trust the LiveConnect root certificate. This guide shows how to install the certificate on an iOS device.

To download the certificate, either visit this link from a safari browser on your iPhone:

After navigating to the link, you may need to select Allow to download.

From the options presented, choose iPhone.

Once successful, you should see this message. Go ahead and close it.

To install it, navigate to the Settings app on your iPhone, and select General.

Scroll to the bottom and select VPN & Device Management.

Select the "ObservePoint" Downloaded Profile.

From the profile page, select More Details.

Provide a password or pin if prompted.

Next, select Install.

Once installed, you should see a confirmation screen.

Next going back to the General screen in your settings app, select About.

Scroll to the bottom and select Certificate Trust Settings.

Under Certificate Trust Settings, you should see ObservePoint's certificate. Next toggle on this certificate to trust it.

You will know that certificate installation is complete when you see this screen below with full trust enabled for your installed ObservePoint certificate.

After completing this, you are ready to create a LiveConnect Configuration and create a new LiveConnect Session.
