You can generate a shareable link to easily share your Audit reports with anyone, even if they don't have an ObservePoint account. When you use this feature, you can generate a link that provides access to the report, which can be shared via email or other messaging platforms. This feature eliminates the need for the recipient to create an account or have unique credentials, making sharing reports and collaborating with others quickly and conveniently.

Click into an Audit that you want to share and click on the Share button in the upper right-hand corner of any report to generate a link.
